CANCELATION POLICY
You will receive a text message 2 days before your appointment to confirm. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT USING ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, IT WILL ASSUME YOU ARE CANCELLING.
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. The 48-hour time frame will allow me to fill time with a client on my waiting list.
Failure to comply with booking policy may result in a 50% appointment fee for NO SHOW.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. I want to ensure that every one of my clients has a great experience.

-Service and Return Policy-
All services performed are final sales. If I didn’t get it right, notify me within 7 DAYS of your appointment. I DO NOT issue refunds for hair services, but I will gladly offer to redo your hair service within 7 days at no charge.

A full refund will be issued on a return, providing the return is within 15 days of the original purchase date.
